Here's the fine print for our beta program—written in plain English—so we're all on the same page.

1. Discounted Beta Pricing

• During the beta program you're not asked or required to pay us anything. We'll give you 100% free leads. See section 4 for details.

• Once you complete the beta program, you’ll be eligible to receive up to 1,000 leads per month for a discounted rate of $2,000/month.

• While we’ll always aim to deliver as much valuable data as possible, we can’t promise or guarantee specific type of or number of attributes (like age, net worth, job title, credit score, etc.) at this discounted rate. That said, we’re committed to giving you the best data we reasonably can based on what the current market allows.

• This special pricing is available only to beta members who commit to a monthly recurring service plan.

• If you cancel or pause your subscription for any reason, you will lose this discounted rate.

• If you rejoin later, you’ll pay the current market rate at that time—no exceptions.

• Due to the value of the data we provide, once we've emailed it, uploaded it to your Google Drive folder or sent it to you in any other way, we do not offer refunds for any reason. Note: this will be clear in any contracts you sign with us, along with being provided within our website's terms and conditions page.

 

2. No Guaranteed Results

• We work hard to provide high-quality, accurate data—but no specific lead attributes or outcomes are guaranteed.

• We make zero promises regarding sales, revenue, or financial gains from using our leads.

• Mindtech Media is not responsible for your results or lack thereof.

 

3. Transparency and Effort Required

• As a beta member, you agree to:

  • Be fully transparent about your results.

  • Share how you’re using the leads we provide (follow-ups, conversions, etc.).

  • Put in real effort to follow up and close deals.

  • Practice due diligence when working with the data we give you.

 

4. Feedback & Reviews

• In exchange for up to 1,000 free leads, you agree to:

  • Leave an honest testimonial.

  • Post a Google review about your experience.

  • Provide detailed feedback on our DaaS (Data as a Service) solution.

 

5. Marketing Costs Are On You

• You’re responsible for all marketing expenses related to cold outreach, ads, or campaigns.

• Mindtech Media does not fund your advertising, email software, or any related services.

 

6. Compliance Is a Must

You agree to follow all relevant laws and guidelines, including:

• Do Not Call regulations

• CAN-SPAM Act

• GDPR compliance (if applicable)

• By using our data, you're legally responsible for any results and repercussions that may occur, and we are not.

• By applying to, joining and participating in this program, you agree not to sue us or file any legal action against Daniel Lubin or Mindtech Media.

 

We’re serious about compliance—don’t skip this part.

 

7. Who We Are (and Aren’t)

• Mindtech Media is a U.S.-based company located in Dallas, Texas.

• We do not provide legal advice.

• We are not affiliated with Google, Meta, Facebook, Mailchimp, or any other third-party platform mentioned during this program.

 

8. Final Notes

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We'll give you a heads-up if anything major changes.

• By applying to, joining and participating in this program, you agree to these terms.
